Acceptance of Terms
By accessing techautomationservices.com or submitting an early access request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or submit any form.
These terms apply to the website and the Cluster1 early access programme. A separate agreement will govern any commercial or production deployment of Cluster1.
Early Access Programme
Cluster1 is currently in a limited early access stage. Access is granted at our sole discretion to founding partners who meet our criteria for production AI infrastructure use.
Submitting an early access request does not guarantee access. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without explanation. Early access is provided for evaluation purposes and is subject to change, including modification of features, pricing, and availability, without notice.
Acceptable Use
- →You will not use this site or the Cluster1 platform to engage in unlawful activity under Canadian law or the laws of your jurisdiction
- →You will not attempt to circumvent rate limiting, authentication, or security controls
- →You will not submit false or misleading information in access requests
- →You will not use automated tools to scrape or enumerate this site without prior written consent
- →You will not use Cluster1 agents to process data in ways that violate applicable privacy law, including PIPEDA

All content on this website — including but not limited to copy, architecture documentation, design, product names, and code snippets — is the intellectual property of Tech Automation Services and is protected under Canadian copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission. References to Cluster1, Clutch, 4Context, ClawOps, lvls, and Privacy Proxy are product names of Tech Automation Services.
No Warranty
This website and the Cluster1 early access programme are provided "as is" and "as available." Tech Automation Services makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service offered through this site.
Early access software is pre-production. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, and breaking changes. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted during the early access period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Tech Automation Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the Cluster1 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or system downtime.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100 CAD — whichever is greater.
Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
